At around 2 years old, Kevin is the perfect balance of young and trainable. He’s already got the basics down, thanks to his time in the K9 Youth Alliance training program. Kevin worked hard on his leash skills and even graduated like a star, proving just how smart and eager to learn he is! While Kevin can feel a bit unsure in new environments, he’s quick to connect with people who show him kindness. Once he trusts you, his sweet, attentive nature shines through, and his playful side will win your heart. He absolutely loves toys and thrives on fun and engaging activities. Kevin is working on impulse control, so a patient home willing to continue his training will be the key to his success.

Kevin’s temperament is wonderful—he’s a happy, energetic boy who’s shown that he can meet other dogs with excitement and playfulness when introduced slowly. He just needs someone to guide him as he continues to grow into his confidence and learn what it means to be a cherished family member.
